Professional Background
Louis A. Shaff is a founding partner of Prevost, Shaff, Mason & Carns, PLLC and is an owner of Cabana Asset Management. He has been practicing law in the DFW area for 20 years. He is a graduate of George Washington University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration. While at George Washington University, he played four (4) years of Division I tennis on a full scholarship. He received his Juris Doctor degree and his Masters of Law degree from the University of Denver. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and New York. His law practice centers around Estate Planning, Business Planning and Taxation.

In addition to his law practice, he is FINRA Series 65 (Uniform Investment Advisor Law Examination) examination qualified. and offers financial advisory services through Cabana Asset Management. Louis is passionate about investing and helping people meet their financial goals. Louis is also a dedicated husband and father who spends the majority of his free time with his two (2) boys and their various activities (basketball and golf).
